Working remotely today was just what I needed. Something I am going to try to incorporate at least weekly to balance the fact that I am always at home, blessed as that is, that too can be difficult and a bit lonely and repetitive. Mostly I think it’s the winter months that give me those feelings as in the summer I get out more frequently regardless. Also missing my daily calls to my wonderful Mom, she has been gone now almost 2 months, it’s been a big hole in my day to day, so miss our chats, miss her! Though nothing will ever replace her or our conversations, I do know that I need to focus on making sure my days are a healthy balance mentally and physically, that alone will improve and give a better overall meaning to my art and life. It’s a simple easy change that I know I will benefit from ..... Also I do not have a fireplace, so working in front of one today was completely appreciated 🤗 ... thanks for listening ❤️ @teatrodenver #selfcare #selfemployed #artist
